REGISTRATION INFORMATION

When you join Hawkesbury Seniors Computer Group, you will be asked to fill in the obligitory registration paperwork.

By having your particulars on our register, we are able to provide statistics as to how many "students" are currently undertaking training, and how many "students" have passed through our Seniors Computer Club in any given time.

These statistics are helpful in obtaining grants from various Government bodies, thereby enabling us to purchase much needed hardware and software to further improve our training capabilities.

We also need you to fill out details for the Seniors Centre, where you will be asked to provide phone numbers for Next of Kin and General Practitioner, in the unlikely event of your taking ill. Also this helps us with our insurance cover.

For your convenience, you will find a link to a P.D.F. (Portable Document File), which you can download, send to your printer, print and bring along with you when you start. Thus eliminating the need to fill out paperwork when you join, but don't worry you can always fill these out on your first day.
